About Country Club Townhomes
The Country Club Townhomes community was built between 1977 and 1979. The 180 townhome units were developed and sold in three phases: phase one included 56 townhomes, phase two included 64 townhomes, and the final phase included 60 townhomes.
The Association was built by W&B Builders of Santa Monica, a firm that developed many large residential projects throughout Southern California.

Community Features and Leadership
The Association was not originally a gated community. Perimeter fencing and entry gates were added approximately 18 years ago, enhancing privacy and security for residents.
The first homeowner to move into the community was Barbara Harrison, who served on the Board of Directors for many years until her untimely passing. The Association has a long tradition of dedicated volunteer leadership, with a hardworking Board of Directors that has contributed countless hours in service to the community.
