This form must be submitted by the property owner.
Guest parking permits are available to homeowners in good standing and are intended for short‑term visitor use only. By requesting a permit, the homeowner confirms that:
- The guest’s vehicle will display the permit clearly on the driver’s side of the dashboard while parked on the property.
- The guest’s vehicle information is accurate and current.
- All Country Club Townhomes parking rules will be followed at all times.
- The permit is temporary and may not be transferred to another vehicle.
- A refundable deposit is required for each permit and is returned when the permit is turned in at the end of the approved period.
- Vehicles parked on the property without a valid permit, or beyond the approved permit dates, are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Same day requests and requests submitted on weekends will not be processed until the next business day.
