Overnight Parking Inside the Gates
All vehicles parked between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. must display a valid CCTH permit on the rearview mirror. Vehicles without a permit or in violation of community or City rules may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Permit Basics
- Annual permits expire December 31; a current-year permit is required starting January 1.
- Available to property owners with an Owner Information Form on file, fees paid, and dues current.
- Maximum two permits per unit. Residents should use their garages
Enforcement
- Permits are void if dues become delinquent or rules are violated.
- Counterfeit/unauthorized permits result in towing and a one-year revocation of all permits.
- Fines must be paid before any replacement permits are issued after the suspension.
Safety Note
Parking on the wrong side of the street is prohibited and may result in towing.
