Saturday emergencies can only be directed by HORIZON Property Management. Please call HORIZON’s after hours line, 310-543-1995 and follow the prompts provided.

All Issues and concerns must be reported to Horizon Property Management and not to the On-Site Facility Manager. The On-Site Facility Manager is only called to help follow through the tasks assigned by the Property Manager, Horizon. If you have not first contacted the Property Manager, then you should NOT be calling the On-site Facility Manager, David.
