🎄 Roofs
  • Hanging lights or decorations from the roofs is NOT permitted.
  • Nothing should be placed on the roofs at any time, including lights, inflatables, or other decorations (with the good natured exception of Santa Claus and his reindeer on Christmas Eve as he passes through Paramount).

    • Windows
    • Doors
    • Balconies (excluding the handrail portion of railings)
    • Shrubs and planting areas
⚠️ General safety and maintenance
  • Do not place any items on the handrail portion of balcony or patio railings.
  • Use moderation and common sense in the size and number of decorations.
  • Do not run wiring or extension cords across walkways or in any way that creates a tripping hazard.
  • Do not place decorations where they will block access for landscapers or interfere with grass cutting or regular maintenance.
  • Effective dates
    • Seasonal decorations may be installed starting Thanksgiving weekend.
    • All decorations must be removed by January 6th.
    • Tree trimming is currently scheduled for January 5th, 2026, weather permitting, so all decorations in trees and shrubs must be removed before that date.
